Abstract
We carried out a retrospective cross-sectional study aimed descriptive relating to 79 HIV positive patients by VIH. The patients had an average of old of 33, 9 p.100 years. The antiretroviral treatment was founded with a biological follow-up for 12 months. The observance was good in 86, 1 p.100 of the cases at the evaluated people, and two of lost of sight is 3, 8 p.100 of the cases. We deplore four cases of death is 5,1 p.100 at the end of the study, with parameters biological with M12 satisfactory compared to M6, in spite of some biological anomalies with a prevalence of pancreatic origin related to treatment ARV. The effectiveness of the antiretroviral treatment was noted by the rise of the rate of lymphocyte TCD4+, the rate of hemoglobin and the reduction in the viral load
