Les étiologies des adénopathies dans le service de médecine interne du chu point G

Abstract
Introduction: An adenopathy is a pathological enlargement of lymph node ≥1,5 cm in the inguinal area or ≥0,5 cm in the epithrochlear area or ≥1 cm in other lymph node areas. Methodology: This was a descriptive study with retrospective data collection that took place over a 5 years period from January 1, 2015, to December 31, 2019 and prospective over a 4 month period from January 1, 2020 to April 30, 2020, in the internal medicine department of the Point G Hospital. Data were collected from medical records and entered and analyzed with SPSS. Results: The mea nage of the patients was 44±13 years. The sex ratio was 0.87 in facor of women. Adenopathy were multifocal in 28.33%, inguinal 25%, inguinal palpation site was the most frequent with 35.71%. weight loss 35.58%, fever 20.15%, anorexia 11.94% and physical asthenia 11.19% were clinical signs frequently associated with adenopathy. The main diagnostic etiologies were dominated by HIV/AIDS 28.33%, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma 15%, satellite adenopthy 15%. For rare causes, are dominated by systematic lupus erythematous 13.33%. Conclusion: The etiology of adenopathy was dominated by HIV/AIDS with 28.33%. the average duration of hospitalization was 11-20 days.
